10-Product Store Set Up

If you have been approved as a vendor, simply add this item to your shopping cart along with the registration fee and complete your transaction. You will be contacted by our PTSA with details of what you need to provide for us to get your 10-item store up and running!

Purchaser will have a storefront created for them. The store can include up to 10 different products in it. Variations of the items are permitted to include different colors, sizes, etc.

Purchaser will be required to provide the following:

  • Store name and contact information
  • A logo if you have one
  • Descriptions of each item to be sold
  • Photos of each item to be sold
  • Store policy information pertaining to returns, shipping, etc.

Sellers purchasing this option will be allowed two opportunities to review and make changes to their store and will be provided with a deadline for the submission of their materials so that we can accommodate all requests for help with store set up. Shipping Policy

No physical products are available for purchase from PHHS PTSA's Vendor Store and so there is nothing to ship.

Refund Policy

Only vendors who pre-pay the vendor registration fee and then learn they are not approved to sell as part of our online Craft Fair are eligible for a refund. All refunds will be issued in the form of a check, there are no exceptions.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Artists and crafters who are approved to sell and must later withdraw from the Craft Fair, may have all or a portion of their registration fee refunded to them per the following schedule. All refunds will be issued in the form of a check from Perry Hall High School PTSA.

  • Cancellations prior to November 1 will be issued a full refund.
  • Cancellations after November 1 and before November 14 will receive a 50% refund.
  • No funds will be refunded for cancellations after November 14. Although at the seller's request, we will disable the seller's storefront.

No refunds will be issued to service providers and dealers such as Avon, Tupperware, Pampered Chef, etc. due to the lucrative nature of their participation unless they find another dealer to replace them. The decision as to whether to accept the replacement dealer is up to PHHS PTSA.
