This is a super cute real pine wood round sign. It is Monogramed with Last Name and Est. Date.

The sign comes standard without a door hanger on the back. When you have made your purchase, please put in the notes your last name, est. date and if this is for your front door. If you do not leave notes stating this is for your front door, it will not include ribbon/rope.

This sign is perfect for many occasions – Birthdays, Anniversaries, Wedding Gift, Gift for Home, Housewarming Gift, New Home, Perfect for Realtor to give their clients, Christmas Gift and so on.

The current turn around time is 7-10 business days,  due to high demand (this does not include weekends)

 This sign has a cream base with black wording. The signs is painted on both sides. It also includes greenery, burlap and checkered bow.

All of my signs are sealed, but they are not meant to be exposed to continuous rain, snow and other elements. If they are exposed to these elements continuously, the sign can become ruined.

Shipping Policy

 Thank you for visiting and shopping at CK Designs marketplace. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a couple days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

I try my best to ship all items (excluding custom or personalized items) within 3-5 business days, but I can not guarantee due to high demand. I will notify you if it will be longer than 3-5 business days, before item ships. Weekends are not included in business days. 

Custom/Personalized Orders may take up to 7-10 business days, before shipping. Weekends are not included in business days. 

Orders ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

All orders will receive tracking. Anything over 1 lb will ship priority 1-3 days. CK Designs has no control over delivery time, once item has been dropped off at USPS. 

Refund Policy

CK Designs does not accept returns. Exceptions would be for orders arriving damaged.

CK Designs will issue a refund if your item is shipped and received damaged and the item(s) is not able to be fixed or replaced.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. CK Designs addresses these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

CK Designs does not accept Cancellations on Personalized or Custom Orders. 

CK Designs will accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. 

To cancel, email me at and notify me of what product you would like to cancel and why. 

We do not accept returns. Exceptions would be for orders arriving damaged and CK Designs is not able to fix or replace your item(s). You will receive the full amount, minus any shipping costs for the return. 

Custom Orders/Personalized Orders can not be canceled. Returned are accepted on Custom Orders/Personalized Orders  if item is damaged and is not able to be fixed or replaced. Your item will be refunded minus any shipping costs for the return.
