Perry Hall High School PTSA Winter Arts & Crafts Fair Universal Shipping Advisory: Some products on this marketplace website are available for shipping and local pick-up. Whether or not they are depends on what the seller has chosen to offer its customers. Please take note of this, and look to see what options may apply. Look for this graphic when pick-up options may be available, as shopping cart terminology may not accurately reflect the differences between "free shipping" and "free local pick-up." Contact your store's seller directly if you have any questions prior to your purchase.
Refund Policy
Custom orders are NOT eligible for refund under any circumstances. Orders for items that are regularly carried in my inventory may be returned for a store credit if returned within two weeks of purchase in brand new condition.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
During this time of year, orders are processed as quickly as possible. Sometimes same day. If you need to make a cancellation, I will absolutely do what I can but if your custom order has been started it will not be able to be canceled.
