Thank you for visiting and shopping at Fiber and Bead Boutique. We are a home-based ma and pa operation. Literally, We are 3 generations: Grandma and Grandpa, Daughter, and Granddaughter.
Shipping Policy:
- We ship via USPS.
- We have found that we can ship more cost effectively, and keep your shipping costs lower by shipping by weight.
- up to 8 ounces costs $5.00
- over 8 ounces costs $8.00
- We will send you a tracking number when we have mailed your purchase. You can track your package that way and contact us if there is a problem.

- We do offer free pick up or delivery.

Refund Policy
We do not accept returns.
- Exceptions would be for orders arriving damaged. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us at fiberandbeadboutique@gmail.com as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will address these on a case-by-case basis but since most of our items are one of a kind, a direct replacement is probably not possible. We will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Order Cancellations: You may cancel an item within 24 hours of placing your order. After that it is likely that your purchase is already on its way.
