Orders will ship to addresses within the United States only.

If there is a high volume of orders, delays in shipping may occur.

If there is a major delay, you will be notified via phone call, text message or email. However you prefer. Expect to add a few days to your estimated date of delivery.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be given in the original form of payment. 

If your order arrives damaged take photos of your order and the packaging and contact us at baltimoresbest13@gmail.com. We will review your evidence and come to a solution regarding a replacement or refund.


Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

You may cancel an item/order within 24 hrs of placing your order.

No returns or exchanges on glass.

Returns and exchanges accepted on jewelry if items are unused and in original condition.

Shipping costs will not be included in your return.
