Use: Please allow soap to drain and dry in a soap dish that allows water to drain away from the soap. This will allow your soap to last much longer.

Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Towson Soaps. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

We do offer free local pick up. Please indicate in notes that you will pick your order up and please choose "Free Shipping" when checking out.

We will contact you once order is placed to set up a time and place for pickup.

Items can also be shipped for 8.30-16.00 within Maryland. Every effort is made to provide products fully in-tact, however, to be perfectly assured of the integrity of your products, free local pick-up is recommended.

NOTE: If opting for Shipping in Maryland, choose one one product that includes the $8.30 Flat rate fee and any remaining products with the Free, Local Pick-up option. This will ensure you are only charged one shipping charge for the entire order. The shipping charge will alert me that you want your order
shipped.

Please allow up to one week for shipping to occur. You will be informed once your purchase has shipped. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone. 

Refund Policy

Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not offer returns. If you have concerns about your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible at towsonsoaps@gmail.com. When you email us, please indicate your order number and a photo of the product in question. We address these on a case-by-case basis, but will try our best to work toward a satisfactory solution.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

You may cancel a purchase within 24 hours of placing your order. To cancel an item, please email us at towsonsoaps@gmail.com and notify us of the product you would like cancelled and why.
