Whether or not they are depends on what the seller has chosen to offer its customers. Please take note of this, and look to see what options may apply. Look for this graphic when pick-up options may be available, as shopping cart terminology may not accurately reflect the differences between "free shipping" and "free local pick-up." FACE MASKS
Due to sanitary and hygiene reasons face masks are not returnable. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
CANCELLATIONS
I gladly accept cancellations. Please request a cancellation before we ship your item. After your item has shipped, we will no longer accept cancellations.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct when placing the order.
REFUNDS Refunds will be remitted to original form of payment if returned within 30 days of purchase date and product is returned in "saleable condition."
